Well time to review my progress this month!

Nutrition
My goal at this time is 1500 a day, But Spark has my Range from 1270-1620, so after reviewing my charts for the month, I went over twice, Under 5 times and then was in range the rest of the time. Same with fat, in range most days, over once, under 3. Carbs over once, under 9 times. Protein under 7 times, and in range the rest. I can see that my problem lies in sodium, I was over 11 times this month so have to watch that, and Fiber...I was only in range 10 days, and was under 16 times, so will work on that too.
I am loving my Nutri Bullet, it is fantastic, I like to add Strawberries, banana, blueberries, spinach, chia and flax seed powder and today I also added protein powder. Yumm!
Fitness
I finished the month with 1320 fitness minutes, a lot was stationary bike, just getting back into the habit of exercising and early mornings it has been helpful, but I got Zumba Exhilarate and have added that in and then of course I love my biggest loser power walk and bootcamp. I have a dozen different DVDs so I can change it up anytime, and before long I can get out and walk/hike, which I love!
February Plan
Not planning any major changes, just continue on, I think my program is great and has started out great, so I will make adjustments as I need to.
