I am really freaked out today and I'm not 100% sure why. Got the replacement phone yesterday. It wasn't a new one like mine, but a refurbished one. When I plugged it in to charge, it had the same issue as my old one. Then I tried a different charger and both of them worked. You would have thought the guy at the Verizon store would have tested the charge ugh! I am keeping my phone and sending back the refurbished one.

With the working phone, came the messages. One was from my atty the day before yesterday. That freaked me out because I am sure it has something to do with my brother and his quest to get all of my mother's stuff from me. Of course, I am probably thinking the worst. I also have his condo listed and it could be a simple question about that. I have left him a couple of messages.

Didn't sleep well. Had bad dream probably due to the call from the atty. Could also be that I have a lot going on when I get back. Didn't do well at the blackjack tables last night. Going to try to get out of this panic mode and enjoy the last day.

I thinkmI was better without the phone :(

Update..Spoke with my atty. He wanted to give me the opportunity to list a condo for a client of his. I'm going to have to tell him in the future to leave me an idea of why he is calling. Feel much better :-)

There is nothing worse than getting a message "I need to talk to you about something." Glad it was positive. Hang in there. If I listen to audio programs, it keeps my mind to busy to obsess (most of the time).

I'm glad it was a good news call. I hate when people leave me messages with no indication of what it's about.

Try to avoid creating problems where none exist. Some folks insist that expecting the worst helps them prepare for any eventuality. What's that old saying - DON'T BORROW TROUBLE If it isn't a known problem you're certain of, move on to something else.

Glad you have a working phone again! Sorry for the added stress of hearing from the atty. Do what you can (call the atty if you need to for peace of mind) and let it go. There's nothing else you can do anyway.

Enjoy your last day of vacation!
