I woke this morning without an overwhelming feeling of fear & anxiety. The only thing that has changed in my life is everything! Becoming part of the Spark people community, I learned stress reducing techniques & filling foods that are good for me & taste good, GO FIGURE ! My way of thinking has changed. I no longer look for the other shoe to drop. If it does I'll have a new pair of walking shoes , Eh? (tee-hee). I don't beat myself up for eating. Sometimes I have found , IT'S JUST TIME TO EAT! Keeping a food journal helped me be realistic. I'm not consistent with journaling but I'm getting there.
My prayer & meditation time is priceless I took a road trip , my baby girl drove & as i read my Bible she asked me to read aloud. We had a ball with discussion & application of the word to our daily living,
