Since Becky (Thoms1) went on vacation and left me home alone I have reactivated my spark coach account. Well low and behold while doing my check-in one day this week. I might add I was being just a bit down on myself. I clicked save check-in and up at the top of the page was the following message from Spark Guy!
You are an experiment of one. It's up to you to adjust your program and find the ranges (and tactics) that work for you. Try not to compare yourself to others.
I looked over my shoulder and all around to see if he was there! How did he know what to tell me just at the time I needed it most! Okay I know it is just a programmed thing (probably)! But it gave me that hope I needed. Then I read a blog from Pixie-licious about being honest with yourself and how she was not always using her measuring cups and spoons. I always use my cups (of course my cups can be heaping at times) but haven't used a tablespoon to measure my peanut butter with since forever. I brought out the tablespoon and used it last night to measure my peanut butter. It gave me so much relief just by doing that one act.
Thank you Spark Coach and Pixie-licious!
