Having lost a few dress sizes, I have had to buy a whole new wardrobe. But not being at my goal yet, I don't want to spend too much. So I considered a couple of sundresses from last summer and decided that they are now nightgowns. People seldom see me in my nightwear, so I guessed it would be okay.

The other day my landlady, a sweet older lady [older than me, so that's saying something] came by while I was eating breakfast. I hadn't gotten dressed yet and was wearing my 'new' nightgown/sundress.

"Oh! You're wearing a dress, like me!" she said with delight when I opened the door. I didn't tell her the truth, I just smiled.
