Got Jiggle?

Thursday, January 31, 2013

Okay, not sure how I really feel about this.

Last night I was on the treadmill doing my walk/jog. Under the (loud) music I could hear my husband, which was totally interupting me. Now let me take you back. Since the colder weather has kicked in I haven't been taking the dogs for their walks. The rott is getting really jealous of the treadmill and will bring me toys. She will literally place such toy(s) on the treadmill. Everyone says she is being nice to me. But deep down I know she is trying to kill me. I have had to jump over, trip over, and nearly fall over these toys. One night she even chased the pug onto the treadmill. Not good.

Last night she tried giving me a bone. I usually take all toys away before getting on but I forgot. I was annoyed at that. I was annoyed because I was tired, etc. I finally get going again and hubby is talking over my LOUD music. When I finally took the ear buds out and asked what he was yelling about he proceeded to tell me thee strangest thing I have ever heard.

He began by apologizing first and in no way intended for me to take it the wrong way (pause) but when I run... (really really long pause) I don't jiggle the way I used to. emoticon He then told the rott to bring me her bone.

Hope you have a great day.

I'd say that is an awesome NSV (non scale victory)!!! Hubby is observant, that's good. Was he teasing you to tell the dog to bring you her bone???

Anyway, good for you for gtting your exercise despite weather challenges!! Good for you for tightening up and gaining greater fitness!! -Marsha
