Today marks 4 weeks since I got serious about tracking, exercising, and visiting this site. I managed to kose another half pound this week. It may be slow, but the numbers on the scale are going in the right direction, so I am satisfied.

Unfortunately, I seem to have picked up some sort of stomach bug and am feeling really yucky. On the positive side, I can't seem to eat much of anything, so maybe that will help with weight loss - though i sure don't want to do it this way! Besides, in my past experience, anything i lose while sick comes right back.

Well, time for me to do something constructive, though I really feel like going to sleep. emoticon emoticon

    If you have the bug after your drive. Never mind doing something constructive that can wait till you are WELL!!!

LISTEN!!! to your body and be constructive there. We had Flu shots and it was hard to get over. PLEASE! be kind to yourself emoticon Pat in Maine.

    Make sure you do allow some extra time to rest so your body can recover from whatever bug you have.
For me I just had to find the right combination of food and exercise and then I really got going on the weight loss. If you are not using the food and exercise trackers please start as they are such valuable tools as you try to find where your body needs to be to burn more calories and lose weight without such a struggle

  Urggghhh - so many bugs going around this time of year. Just listen to your body - if you need a few more calories or a day off exercise then take it :)
