From a article I read on food cravings I read this, it sounds like something I need to think about...

LISTEN TO YOUR FOOD CRAVINGS.....HOW DOES THAT COOKIE OR CANDY OR WHAT EVER YOU ARE CRAVING MAKE YOU FEEL, OR HOW YOU THINK IT MIGHT MAKE YOU FEEL..WRITE IT DOWN...THESE ARE YOUR HEART DESIRES.....
NOW FIND A WAY TO GET THEM MEET BESIDES FOOD....


this could work for other feeling too, if your lonely bores scared, what ever emotion....figure out what you can do ..... besides eat or drink....
...
sounds easy , but we all know it's not..but it can be a starting place, once again we have to be using mindful eating....but guess it's possible to think about it even after we have eaten the food, and keep a log of why we ate and think what we can do better the next time this happens .....
bottom line for most of us we have to keep trying, keep learning and be willing to try new things....
So go a head take a risk, do something different....

Have a healthy day, find a way to get the most out of each day that will lead you to your goal...to a place where you can be happy and healthy....
