Today my arms felt sore from my workouts so I was touching them and I noticed they're finally started to look and feel smaller. I'm rounding out my first month and was worried because they were staying the same while I was losing inches everywhere else. I was happy to notice they they do look smaller, then I moved my arm and noticed I have wings forming. Wings are better than fat I guess, but this is my biggest weight loss fear.
I have 100+ lbs to lose so yeah, I didn't expect everything to go smoothly. I've been doing kick boxing with lots of punches in an attempt to combat the flab. My dad assures me to keep exercising and not to worry because they'll firm up over time, but it's still scary. I've been wondering if I do more arm exercise with resistance or weights if that'll help them firm faster. What if they don't at all?! Gasp!
Now I'm trying to focus on being happy that they are smaller. This weight loss thing is happening, for real, right now. Not next week or next year. I'm finally tackling it and making it a reality rather than dreaming of what'll be like after I start.
