- log all food on tracker and stay within my calorie range
I have been under lots of stress lately. Feeling overwhelmed by it all, and frankly, a bit defeated. Still, I'm not giving up! Taking care of my body is a priority and I will take my health seriously. I realize that small changes = big results, so I'm not getting discouraged when my day doesn't go as planned. I'm focusing on the small steps I'm taking every day to be healthier and better. It's working. I notice changes in my body just from the last month. I want to continue down the path to a healthier, better me and I know there will obstacles along the way. Right now, I'm focusing on small steps and perspective. Things could always be worse. This phase is temporary, and I will overcome.
