Well, I was able to manage my time, I did elliptical yesterday too and got today's lunch completely ready, just to get home and cook it.
Those were my goals for yesterday, and I achieve both of them.
- 100 crunches AM
- 2 miles walked AM
- 1.5 elliptical PM
aaaaannnnddd the scale gave me a nice surprise this morning I've lost a pound!... I don't really get that excited since is the same pound that is being up and down since for two weeks now... but I'm happy because right now is down and not up...
