Hello. My name is Baillie.

I've now made it a point to introduce myself to the class instructors at my gym. Not only are they encouraging and make class fun, but getting to know them means having a friend in class, even if they are up on a stage.
Last night I met Joanie, my zumba instructor. I seriously do not understand why her class isn't filled. Perhaps because it's less intense than other zumba classes, but you do get your heart rate up and start sweating. She's more fun too. You can tell she likes to mix it up and do songs that make you smile. To her, it's not just a workout, but it's a party as well. I always seem to give it my all in that class and push until the end. After I told her how much I loved her class, she seemed very happy. I guess her style is not very popular, but I seriously am going to be a regular! Maybe even push myself to go to the front...MAAAYBE.
Tonight is running on the treadmill and body pump. My sister is going as well! Woo!

I think it's funny that you just now introduced yourself to the instructors. That's the FIRST thing I do when I go to a new class. I find the instructor before hand and tell her I'm new and yadda yadda.
