There are a few positives I have learned first I have quit my soda habit, and I am now exercising everyday. I feel smaller but I have no measuring tape to take measurments althopugh its on my list of to dos.
The trouble is I started at 164 I got as low as 158 but I keep going back up and down a pound from 158 to 159-158-159.5-158.5. I'm not sure if I hit a platoe or if this is as small as i can be.
I went from eating burgers and deep fried wings at least 3 times a week. To tracking everything if not online then on paper because i can't get online. I'm just frustrated that after two months of hard work i'm at 158.5 and not going any lower... or when i get excited and go lower I go back up a few days later.
