a good night's sleep

not too bad for me lunch (although it includes a slice of homemade pizza)

trip to the gym after work and tutoring to workout with a new personal trainer
go to bed early
Should make for a great day... I'll be taking photos tomorrow of myself and my motivational calendar. Don't know that I've made a lot of progress this month, but I've definitely tried. Stay tuned to learn exactly how I've done with meeting my goals.
