I weighed 145 lbs. this morning...thank goodness...been eating out of control for about a week and need to get this in control. I would love to do a 10 day purge from sweets but I can't even make it a day. As a result of this binging, I have ran 4 days in a row (60, 60, 30 and 40 minutes). Maybe I should just eat right. I will try a healthy orange today.

    I ate sweets everyday and when I began on sparks I did a 7 day junk free session. I was fortunate in that someone guided me through the - how not to cave - stuff.
    It was as simple as this.......
    apple every morning with oats for bfast.
    snack had to include a fruit of my choice and a yogurt.
    lunch had to be healthy protein strong with loads of veggies/salad
    afternoon snack was a handful of raisins if I was still craving. If not, 3 provita crackers with ff cottage cheese.
    Dinner was balanced with a carb, protein and veggies.
