All went to pot a few months back (~ July/August '12) :(
Trying to get back on the 'horse'
Did 3 day diet
Mon-Wed this week and lost 7 lbs :)
Turned daily dog walk into 1 hr cardio. (> 70% max. HR) twice this week
Did Yoga
today for first time in yonks!
Have been drinking at least 4 pints of water/green tea with lemon daily too.
Feeling better already!
