Feb 2013 Goals

Well today is the last day of January and the goal for the month has been met. One green smoothie everyday and I have not missed a day. My reward for meeting this goal was a new pair of walking shoes so I'm going shopping this weekend to find a pair. The real reward is not the shoes though. My reward has been more energy. It was a small goal and very easy to meet, I'm hoping that reaching small goals will help me to make larger goals and meet those also.

So now on to my February goal which is to get in 30 minutes of rebounding everyday. This is going to be a little tougher to stick with as it will require a lot more effort and determination. I already have my reward (a new Bellicon rebounder) so I really need to put extra effort into making sure that I stick with this one.

    (Personally, I havent tried them yet, I think I can't get past GREEN, even though I love veggies)
