WI this morning and the results areÖ down .2 lb.
One thing that has been on my mind for the past few days is that I donít understand when people say I donít ask you if you want something to eat because I thought you eat special food.(What the What!) Itís one thing if I told you that I was eating special food but I havenít said anything on or round about SPECIAL FOOD. People always assume that when you starting dropping weight that you only eat rabbit food. Thatís the beauty of WWÖyou can eat anything in moderation. Just because I choose to bring my breakfast, lunch and snack doesnít mean that I eat special food it just means that Iím saving on my checkbook! I prefer to bring my own food options so I know what points Iím working with throughout the day. Believe me if I want something Iím going to EAT it!
This past week it seems as if I had an epiphany. Last week I was starting to struggle with my workouts but this week itís like I had a light bulb to turn on and something just click. The past few days my works have been easy as ďpieĒ! LOL I have been including strength training into my workouts at least 2 days and I can say that I put together a good weight training workout (I can still feel it!).
Iím praying that my light bulb stays on to get me through the rest of winter because I need spring to make a fast appearance. Iím in need of warmer weather and outdoor activities or my fun in the sun!
