Well, I'm almost at the 10 pounds lost mark. It took almost 2 months to get there, but whatever, I'll take it! :)
I feel like I've gotten the water drinking down pat, and I'm hitting Zumba pretty religiously twice a week. I've/we as a family have also eaten out WAY less lately. Now as we move into next month, I figured it was time to implement some new goals.
Goals for next month:
1. Start using my 5-class trial pass (that I got through LivingSocial on the cheap, woo-hoo!) at a local yoga studio.
2. Excercise at least twice a week outside of Zumba classes.
3. Limit grains and dairy (I don't believe in restriction or cutting of any foods, but I do think I feel better when I'm curbing these things).
3.a. 1-2 serving a day of grains, trying to stick to those that are gluten-free
3.b. 3 servings per week of dairy
3.c. Fill in any nutrition gaps with extra freggies for vitamins and minerals
I think I'll start with that....I mean, it IS a short month, after all. :)
