Although it seems like its coming off at a snail pace - January was definitely a great month for me.
I lost 7 pounds
- and that includes a 2 week cruise and resisting all the temptation.
Sticking to the old , tried and true methods, logging my food and exercise and keeping within my limits.
So now onto February!
