Day 30 of Change Streak ... Week two of BLC21 done!

I had another great week, down 3.5 more ... kept my streak in tack, got really close a couple times on the exercise part of my streak but I managed to "get 'er done" emoticon

I think that this will have to be my plan so that the day doesn't get away from me and I find myself trying to do exercise at 10:30 at night! emoticon

I am also going to make my "inspiration" board ... something I can always look at to remind me where I have been and where I want to go ... emoticon

    AWESOME job! I would love to be able to lose it as "fast" as you lose....
