Tuesday - Turbo Fire (Jillian Michaels Circuit Training)

I got this workout done after work. I did the Fire EZ 55 and Stretch 10. I didn't have any extra time, so I didn't get my circuit training workout in.
I was under my calories for the day.
I was just shy of my water for the day.
Day 2 of 2 for workouts for the week!

Wednesday - Jillian Michaels Circuit Training

I decided that I hadn't done any of my running training in awhile, so I decided to do Week 6, Day 2 5K to 10K instead of my circuit training. I did 6.14 miles in 70 minutes. Felt great about it.
I was in my calorie range for the day.
I got 8+ glasses of water in for the day.
Day 3 of 3 for workouts for the week!
