It's working!

Well, using SP is helping.
- I've lost 11 pounds since November.
- My pants are slipping.
- I'm able to walk for 20 minutes at a fast pace without getting winded.
- I caught a glimpse of my body profile in the mirror, and I look better!
- Sugary foods have very little appeal to me.

That is awesome! Congratulations! It is so great to see what we can do when we put our minds to it. Everyday is a new chance to just do it! I am walking 1000 steps before each meal to help rev up my metabolism and burn those calories.
Keep on going and soon you won't recognize that person in the mirror.
