Almost done with what I planned for this weeks meals. Here's a recap of how I did:

Monday's plan:
Breakfast - good
Lunch - good
Dinner - switched to cereal
Snack - switched to homemade cake (100cals/slice)

Did workout plan

Tuesday's plan:
Breakfast - good
Lunch - switched to PBJ
Dinner - switched to cereal
Snack - didnt have plan, ate slice of cake

Did workout plan

Wednesday's plan:
Breakfast - good
Lunch - good, but added an extra sandwich and mac salad
Dinner - switched to cereal, had big lunch
Snack - didnt have plan, ate slice of cake

Altered workout plan, but still worked out

Today:
Breakfast - good
Lunch - will be good
Dinner - am not making what I had planned, will prob do leftovers or PBJ

Workout will be later

Tomorrow:
Breakfast and lunch will be fine
Dinner I'll make what I had planned for tonight

Will prob not do the JM Resolution, will do a workout video instead
