Small things I've noticed:

I have ankles!

My boobs no longer lay against my stomach, I am starting to see space under them.

My calfs are rock hard and smaller.

My bad knee still hurts but not as bad.

I have started doing Zumba on my Wii.

I'm walking faster.

I fidget and move around more.

    My knees feel so much better and my clothes fit much better. All this stuff is much more important than the number on the scale.
