I WANT TO THANK EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOUR FOR YOUR CONCERN AND CARE. YOU DON'T KNOW HOW COMFORTING IT IS KNOWING STRANGERS WHO HAVE BECOME LIKE FAMILY DURING THIS CRISIS ARE PRAYING FOR MY NIECE.

I'm going to post today to keep my mind busy as there is no additional news on Jennifer. It is a wait, wait, situation. She is now semi-conscious and in a lot of pain. The hardest part is being in a hospital in another state and her family have to rotate their time with her so they don't lose their jobs. They expect two months in this hospital before she can be moved. One little bump at this time could sever her spine. She's in a special foam bed with a V in the middle and both legs are cuffed so she can't move. It is so hard to imagine what she's going through.

Anyway on a happier note, here's today's animals:

That is the wonderful thing about Spark, that we come together as a virtual community and family. My thoughts and prayers are with you, your neice and her extended family.
Hugs to you all.....

I love the pics today, the dog in the bubble wrap, the bird jet streaming and most of all, the cat hugging the couch. Someone has a good imagination to come up with those cute sayings.

Stay warm and safe....

It is so hard to think about what she and your family must be going through. These are the days when I wish I knew God's plan. Faith is the substance of things not seen. Continuing to pray.

Yes, the dog in bubble wrap is quite funny so you're attitude is healthy. I myself, along with everyone you know on Spark and people who hear about Jennifer second and third hand are praying for her recovery. Right now I'm praying that she is able to find some position without too much pain.

Laura, Praying for others is both a command and a priviledge. I've brought Jennifer up to several other people I know, and they've promised to pray for her. One of them is my Jennifer....my daughter who is a RN. She's a loving, compassionate woman, and on top of that, as a RN, she knows what your niece is going through and facing. She won't forget to pray, even though she doesn't know your family.

I am so sorry that the realities of life include losing your job because you're taking care of a loved one. Rare, indeed, is the company that makes allowances for that. So those considerations are a part of my prayers.

The animal pictures are darling. I especially like the dog wrapped in bubblewrap, and the one of the goose (?) that looks like it's flying in the plane's contrails is an amazing shot.

May God bless you all, and especially Jennifer.
Nancy

I find it appalling that her parents have to worry about losing their jobs at a time like this! But that's for another day...

You and your family are in my thoughts...
