One mile jog/walk

Did a mile this morning in the cold. Stopped snowing though. Dogs seemed a bit bothered by the salt on the roads. Finished in about 15 minutes (used to take me 25 to get around the same area)
Made a new smoothie. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1 container vanilla greek yogert. 1 tbsp honey. 1 tbsp peanut butter. 1 tbs flax seed. 1 banana. 4 ice cubes. Blend in blender. Enjoy!!
