Going to Dr G's wt loss center, started Jan. 23
Wearing a Nike fuel band
1200 calories, starting with 1000 cal for 2 weeks.
Goal to lose 2.5 lbs a week.
4000 fuel points/day

First week, starting to adjust to drastic change in intake.
