Wish this was just an eye catching headline but I did gain 3 lbs. in the last couple weeks. :(
I know what I need to do. I need to weigh, measure, and track more diligently. My meals have been much better balanced and I feel pretty good. Portion size is likely the culprit. I also need 15 minutes or more of exercise per day. I'm well aware 60 minutes or so would be a wiser goal. I'm just being honest with myself. I'm looking at the realities of my schedule. My goals are doable. I'm not disheartened. My actions will pay off,
