Well, I made it to the end of January. It has been a strange month. I don't know quite how to rate it. I started the month with a lot of resolve and good intentions but they went away rather quickly due to health issues. A bout of the flu or whatever it was kept me inactive for a few days and back spasms plagued me throughout the month.
I managed to make it to the gym only a couple of times for half-hearted workouts but did manage to workout some at home almost every day. I can tell I haven't been as active as I have been.
I really blew the diet off on a few days and that is upsetting to me. I have been doing really well at maintaining up til this month.
Even with all the setbacks I managed to reach my weight goal of being under 200# by the end of the month. I was there on the 3rd of the month and i bounced up and down the rest of January. Although I am glad I made my goal I am really displeased with not seeing the results I know I could have had if I had been more diligent.
Time to put this month behind me and move forward in February.
