Killer legs

i did a new leg workout yesterday a totally smashed it . I was working let me tell you. I get my programs from This was Cheryl Zealands workout she used to transform her body. Man today I am finding it hard to get around my butt is killing and my legs OUCH!!! I love it though. I saw a work collegue today who has been away on holidays and she commented telling me I looked like I had lost weight. Good.... Another one of my workmates commented on my bottom telling me she used to love it as it was round but she has noticed it is alot smaller. She is so funny. She is my personal cheerleader. I love her to bits. (not gay either)
Here is the workout I did.
Superset: XX XX XX
Walking lunges: 3 sets of 30 steps
Lying leg curls: 3 sets of 15 reps
Superset: XX XX XX
Alternating dumbbell step-ups: 3 sets of 15 reps (each leg)
Stiff-legged deadlifts: 3 sets of 20 reps
Superset: XX XX XX
Barbell squats: 3 sets of 15-20 reps
Ball leg curls: 3 sets of 15-20 reps
Superset: XX XX XX
Bodyweight speed squats: 3 sets of 50 reps
Hip thrusts: 3 sets of 30 reps
Superset: XX XX XX
Seated calf raises: 3 sets of 15 reps
Pop squats: 3 sets of 15 reps

So here are some legs that inspire me to keep up the good work.
