Going to work on giving up sugar, taming my sweet tooth, getting my junk food cravings under control.
It's the junk food and sugar that are my undoing. I know if I can control this, I will see results at the scale. I'm not sure if I should give up sugar cold turkey or wean myself off...also not sure if I can have fruit while trying to detox or not...
On a side note:
Decided to view my annoying co-worker in a new light - every time she angers me, I will "chill out" by guzzling ice water and silently thanking her for helping me get my water in for the day (rather than eat hard candy and other sweets in frustration).
