Wow! What a visual, huh? Here's another:
Eeeeek!!! Really brings you back to reality. Looking at that makes me want to spend ALL DAY at the gym, right?
Ok, how about this one:
30 little measly minutes out of all those minutes in a day doesn't seem so much, does it? It's all about priorities. Pixie-licious had a poster in her blog in the last couple of days that reminds us that losing weight is 20% exercise & 80% diet. Yowza!! You can lose your battle in the kitchen after all your hard work.
Ok, this next one is really, really good. I saw it on the SparkPeople FaceBook page yesterday:
Isn't that awesome? I really don't get enough sleep during the week, but unless I want to go to bed at 8:00 p.m., 7 hours is going to have to do it. I have noticed that if I've been puzzled over a problem that on the weekend, when I get a bit more sleep, the "committee of sleep" has worked it out for me. They're so good that way.
