I've missed working out... I forgot how much until I went all out the last 2 days! I feel better than I have in a long time! Other than being stiff and sore. So today I'm going to be doing Yoga for Weight Loss, Crunch : Fat burning Yoga & The Joy of Yoga, and I'm ending it with a hatha yoga Dvd. I'm not going to slack but I find yoga stretches my muscles and helps me relax even when I'm doing Vinyasa yoga. I can zone into the breathe and the movements. It'll probably take me awhile to get all the Dvds done but it's SO worth it!
