Today, I reached a new milestone in my strength training. I have progressed to the point that I can now do Kettlebell swings with an 80 pounder :)

Here is a pic of my new Kettlebell compared to my original 20 pounder

My new line up of heavier Kettlebells...my collection is growing.. :)
**80 lbs - 55lbs - 40 lbs

My other Kettlebells and weights

I felt so good I even pulled out the tri-bike and did some stationary bike work...

What better way to train for a triathlon than to watch the Ironman while riding :)

I feel a woo hoo coming on!!! :)

let's hear it! ...i'm listening....

    OMG DUDE! 80 POUNDS! emoticon

I have one just like your blue one by Bob Harper, but mine is red and only 15 pounds. emoticon

I wanted to do a lot of reps in all kinds of positions and exercises. So when I get to the point it's like nothing for me, then I'll move up the ranks.

I makes my muscles sore just thinking about it.
Be proud young man. And I stress the word "young" which I, unfortunately, am not.

Man, you are on a mission. A great exciting one that just keeps giving and giving. I wish you could send me some of your motivation. I am thinking I might need some here. Just a little bit will do. In fact just reading this has put a spark in my attitude. I am heading to the gym tomorrow for therapy but I think I will add a little to that.

Congratulations.

Joanna

Congrats! What an accomplishment and I got tickled at your exuberence in the end. Very fun! I saw a kettle bell competition at the Scottish Games in Monterey last summer. It looked like so much fun. I'm beginning to workout with the 20lber. emoticon I have trouble with my left shoulder, so we'll see how it goes. I'm excited though. Thank you for sharing your progress and your delight.

Remember those days not long ago we would have almost rather died than let someone see us working out? And now, here you are, making a video of yourself working out to share with all the world! I am SO, SO PROUD OF YOU!!!!

Good for you. You look strong and tough. I peaked a while ago, and now can't increase my maximums. Just an age thing. So I am pleased to see younger people growing in strength. Good job!!

WOW! NICE! It was great to see someone demonstrate an exercise with the kettleball. Now I am inspired to use them. I love weights and working out. I even owned a gym and still had not ever used a one. I would love to be friends, too, and watch your progress. I am fairly new and looking for inspiring friends like you. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

This is AWESOME!! I hope keep up this great workout and it brings you good feelings and good health!! I really don't think I could even lift a 20 pounder, but I'm open to giving it a try (SOMEDAY -- NOT YET).

Best of luck!
