So now we've arrived at the end of the month.
I survived another round of Strep.
My middle son was accepted to the college of his choice
We've had some of the coldest weather I've ever experienced
I'm continuing to track EVERYTHING I eat
Both cars broke down
I broke the 50lb weight loss mark !
I have not been tracking my exercise or water consistently.
So the agenda for February is - meet my halfway point of 55lb. Do better with tracking fitness and water. Try to stay healthy. Spice up the workouts by creating my own fitness routine of challenging but doable exercises.
