Water 8 cups
walk/jog 35 mins 3.5 walking/ 70 secs jogging :)
Had another awesome day just pushing hard on it and working with myself to keep this moving along... not a diet just a lifestyle no counting no weighing just smaller plates and soup with each meal or salad to fill me up... just going with the flow. Gonna do some sits up reading and then to bed.
Trying to get to 60 days binge free almost there!!
