Now that's a work out day!

So far I am on track with my training. It's been going good. I am loving the girls that I'm hanging out with and the group work outs that we do.

Today was quite the day for sure. Soon I will get off the couch and plug in my body media and you can see what I did today.

This morning I did a 'hill' spin work out ride for 1:15!!!!

Then work.

Then this evening I did strength training.

Followed by a mega track work out with the group.

We did the magic mile Time trial today. I did my mile in 10 min flat! WHOO HOO! I know I can do a sub 10, but it's been a while and I was tired and not feeling my best tonight.

As of 9:30 tonight I have burned 3200 calories. That's what I'm talking about!

Oh if every day could be like this!

and if that wasn't all awesome enough I won 1,000 goodie points on the wheel today! As if they knew I deserved and reward! (and I haven't sync my body media yet)
