Snow, workout and new recipe

2.5 feet of snow called for all day plowing on the 29th. I got an inadvertent workout for my thighs getting in and out of the tractor.
Today was dentist day but I did get my workout in, upright rows were only 15 pounds but that's a start. 30 pound on reverse flys and the wimpy kind of pushups. Some other dumbbell work.

Hubbys new favorite lunch box item.


2 pieces of Daves Killer Bread lightly buttered on both sides
4 pieces of beef bacon fried crisp and chopped into 1 inch chunks
2 eggs fried broken yolks, salt & pepper
4 thin slices of Tillamook mild cheddar

Grill bread on one side, flip one and layer with two pieces of cheese, 2 eggs, bacon, and the other 2 pieces of cheese. Then I put the grilled side on the slice of bread on the top. Squish it a little with you turner and flip over to grill the other side of the top slice.

Yummy for the tummy! And great for your hard working guy.
