1- Walk 30 mins everyday for 100 days...
2-Drink 10 glasses of water....

    Well done, my friend!!! Drinking 10 cups of water a day....GOOD LUCK!!! Wow, that's terrific! Maybe by the time I finish this 100 Day Challenge, I'll, too, be drinking 10 cups a day!!!

    emoticon This sure is a motivation and sounds exciting. I would also like to join in. This way I am sure to get my daily dose of walking. I think it would be better if report and record our daily progress. emoticon emoticon

    I already do the emoticon But I really want to do the 100days of exercise for at least 10mins/day. Count me in!
