This is in partnership with my friend Candy who is the originator of this challenge for 100 days...thanks a ton Candy for being an inspiration to me....

1- Walk 30 mins everyday for 100 days...
2-Drink 10 glasses of water....

    Well done, my friend!!! Drinking 10 cups of water a day....GOOD LUCK!!! Wow, that's terrific! Maybe by the time I finish this 100 Day Challenge, I'll, too, be drinking 10 cups a day!!!
