I was tired right after starting work and right before leaving. I was dizzy every time I stood up. Several times, my vision became blurry. I want to increase the suggested food intake, especially since I ate too many calories and too much fat (but was low on carbs and proteins). I actually need to either question this or take time and enter the nutritional data myself.
I only got 7.5 hours of sleep instead of 8 last. I work up feeling tired. I was fine after being awake for a while though. Tonight, I came home late and will have to wake up early to shuffle cars in the driveway so people can go to work. There goes another eight hours tonight.
On the plus side, a friend posted on FB that she herself has started dieting again.
