It feels so good to be back! I have been training/eating regularly, again for the first time in over a year and it feels SO GOOD! I had forgotten how much better I feel when I take care of myself. I'm going to keep on with this momentum and enjoy it.

I made yummy home style chicken noodle soup with loads of veggies and had a really good day. I did strength training and I'm starting to feel better after just two weeks back on my program.
