Today I had tons of fruit & veggies. I feel like all I did was eat! :) However, I am still under the LOW end of my calories for the day!!! I managed my 5 servings of Freggies! emoticon
The only part of my nutrients that's over is my emoticon fat, due to my splurge on Velveeta Mac & Cheese. This is a real splurge for my diet cause I know it's not good for me; totally processed and high in fat. But it was a nice treat. :) Just not one that will be repeated too often.
It's funny, when I go to my mom's and she sees how much I eat now (and this is before I was pregnant too) she commented that it seemed like I ate constantly. What she (and myself, before I did Spark) didn't realize is that by eating WELL, HEALTHY foods, they have alot less calories, so my body can - and prefers - to eat smaller quantities of food more often; thus making it seem like I am constantly eating.
Benefit? The 3pm slump is almost completely gone, except when I DON"T eat consistently.

My body is actually GETTING what it needs, emoticon and thus slimming down (I've noticed too, that while I'm gaining a bit of weight as baby grows, emoticon the other parts of my body - face especially - are continuing to slim down.
I couldn't be happier about this. :)

I'm also at 7 cups of water for the day! I will be sure to get that last cup down before bed. :) emoticon Horray for a great day!!!
