Exhausted

Wednesday, January 30, 2013

I have to see how much the Sparkpeople application is to download on my phone. I think I would track my food intake better. I felt like I ran all over God's creation today but that is because I was taking Sky to have some fun with her cousins and uncle. I wrote myself a note in my food tracker stating I am not keeping a promise to myself like I should and that I love myself enough to stop the weight suffering. When I look at the whole summary report..it looks so wonderful in the beginning and slacks off to one or two sentences up until now. So...in one way that does teach me that the HONEYMOON of losing weight is over and the real work begins. Has anyone felt afraid to lose weight? As if your weight has been protecting you from something....either feeling sexy or just shielding you from something? I have wondered this about myself for a long time. I need my SPARKLERS to tell me how to get through it....

Janine - we all have our ups and downs and struggles - the reason why we aaaaaaare all here - just take it one day at a time, one step at a time, one bite at a time. Don't be too hard o yourself.

I'm pretty sure when I downloaded that the initial app is free, but then the diet & food tracker was an additional $3.99. It really makes it easier to remember to log my food. And I hear you on the honeymoon being over!! It is getting harder and harder for me to push myself to exercise, but hopefully we both get over that bump soon!
