I basically have a pantry, fridge, and freezer that does not have much unhealthy food at all in them. If I tried I'm sure I could concoct cookies or some other vice. At least it would not be immediate. My considerably health conscious kids couldn't find any unhealthy foods here either on their last visit. I have vey few processed foods in the house. I bought and tried almond milk. LOVE it! Really trying hard to avoid artificial flavors and sweeteners. 3 days of 5 freggies and 8 h20's. That always seems to keep me from fitting in other high calories foods. I ate breakfast and lunch pretty much everyday for the last week. I often skip one of those in the interest of time. Not wise to skip but I'm impossibly busy from 9 am-2 pm and can't eat in front of the people I'm helping. I fit in more exercise then I had been doing. Not as much as I should but more. I also tried fruit smoothies and fell in love. Trying to keep them as wholesome as I know how. Hopefully it will all show with a wt loss soon. It's such a change that it's a little challenging to count the calories. I need to be more consistent with my Tracker. emoticon emoticon

    Tracking foods that aren't already in the system can be a time-consuming challenge. I got lax over the holidays, put on 3 lbs., and am now making a big effort to make it a habit. The recipe calculator is a big help to me. With your positive attitude, that little black dress will keep looking better each time you slip into it!
