Yoga love

What an awesome day! I took a boot camp class before yoga tonight and I know I will sleep like a baby tonight and ill be sore tomorrow.... But it's alllll good and I am loving these healthier habits! emoticon emoticon
Ok so goal for February is 10 lbs ....keep moving, keep tracking. .... Keep laughing!
