I was kind of afraid to step on the scale today. Last week I gained 1 pound and I haven't been able to start using my exercise bike (Bruce Willis) at all yet because it's still in pieces in the basement - though it's now made it out of the box.
But I sucked it up and stepped on the scale.
I looked down and was pleasantly surprised to see that I was 2 pounds lighter than two weeks ago. So that's actually 3 pounds lost this week alone. 7 total in 4 weeks. 6.66% of my ultimate goal.
That's just with watching what I eat so imagine what Bruce Willis and I will be able to do together! I'm excited to find out, myself :)
