strawberry banana bolthouse smoothie
3 low sodium chicken slices cold cuts
chocolate protein bolthouse shake
kaishi bar
ground chicken, spinach, olives and carrots
spoon of peanut butter
2 dark chocolate squares

edit: walked for an hour outside with baby and did arm exercises with weights
