I am so thankful thank we have the ability to track the nutritional value of the foods we eat on a daily basis. I have really been trying to plan ahead and read labels. With high blood pressure I always trying to stay below my range for sodium and I do ok most days. I really having a hard time getting enough calcium, potassium, and magnesium. I do not eat dairy products but try to include other items contain calcium. Guess I need to do some research on the foods I am lacking in and try to improve my daily numbers.
