Daily Nutritional Report

I am so thankful thank we have the ability to track the nutritional value of the foods we eat on a daily basis. I have really been trying to plan ahead and read labels. With high blood pressure I always trying to stay below my range for sodium and I do ok most days. I really having a hard time getting enough calcium, potassium, and magnesium. I do not eat dairy products but try to include other items contain calcium. Guess I need to do some research on the foods I am lacking in and try to improve my daily numbers.

    I agree. It helps me stay in line and if I get too low on something I can eat a snack with what I need to round out the day!

    Good luck! Eat more leafy vegetables, they have lots of calcium!

    Cocoa powder, flax seeds, almonds, edamame and molasses (yuck) are all high in magnesium. I have issues with my magnesium always being low, too. Same with calcium so let me know if you find any good things easy to add to daily meals. :D Best of luck!
