Today was our mthy nutrition class as part of win some lose some competition. We discussed serving size which ironically is what I've been working on with my hubby.
Now I have to work on reading the first 3 ingredients; to start eating less of certain things or to completely eliminate them from my daily intake.
It is hard to believe that all my life I was over eating; even when I was skinny. I am learning to eat smaller portions and to have healthier foods in the house.
I think that if my family would have read more label when I was younger mayb me n them would all have been more healthier.
